刘兴伟,工学博士,副研究员,博士生导师,主要围绕新型撞击释能结构材料开展研究工作。作为项目负责人承担国家自然科学基金、X73基金、装发预研基金等。作为主要参研人员参与了军科委创新项目,装备预研项目,科工局配套项目等。在Adv. Powder Mater.,Acta Mater.,Mater. Des.等学术期刊上发表论文二十余篇,授权国家发明专利十余项。担任《Applied Sciences》特刊客座编辑,RSC advances,《稀有金属材料与工程》中、英文版等期刊审稿人。
