任Science合作期刊Energy Material Advances副主编,2022年入选中国科技期刊卓越行动计划优秀主编;任中国储能与动力电池及其材料专业委员会副秘书长、中国发明协会理事、全国燃料电池及液流电池标准化技术委员会委员。
先后主讲本科生专业课《环境管理学》、《材料表征的近代物理技术》、《专业综合技能培训》,主讲本科生通识选修课程《氢能与燃料电池技术》;主讲硕士研究生课程《能源材料及技术工程基础》、《能源材料及储能技术》;主讲博士生课程《环境保护与可持续发展》、《新能源与可再生能源》;主讲研究生全英文课《Smart Battery Cell Manufacturing》;参与本科生专业课《学科进展报告》、博士生专业课《环境及能源材料技术进展》等课程讲授。入选北理工第九届“我爱我师”十佳教师。作为主要完成人,获得国家级教学成果二等奖1项、北京市高等教育教学成果一等奖1项、北京理工大学优秀教育教学成果一等奖3项。
所指导的研究生荣获中国颗粒学会优秀博士论文、荷兰皇家 “壳牌”能源研究与创新卓越奖(全国10人)、动力锂电池技术及产业发展国际论坛最佳墙报奖、工业和信息化部 “工信创新奖学金”团队一等奖、广东省大学生材料创新大赛无机非金属材料赛区一等奖和总决赛二等奖、 “世纪杯”一等奖等多个奖项。
作为负责人主持了国家973课题、国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金重点项目、教育部博士点基金等科研项目;2021年和2020年分别牵头获得中国发明协会发明创新一等奖、二等奖各1项;2019年获得中国产学研合作促进奖(个人);在包括Chem. Soc. Rev., Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., Angew. Chem., Energy & Environ. Sci.等在内的学术期刊发表SCI论文230余篇;申请国家发明专利90余项,已获授权60余项。
1997-2002年,北京理工大学应用化学专业,获工学博士学位。 1993-1997年,北京理工大学精细化工专业,获工学学士学位。
2004年至今,北京理工大学任教。 2002-2004年,中国科学院大连化学物理研究所,博士后、副研究员。
长期从事先进能源材料的研究工作,主要关注能量储存与转体系及其关键材料,包括锂离子电池、钠离子电池、铝二次电池、锂空电池、锌离子电池以及其他二次电池新体系;开展多电子反应电极材料、新型储能材料、洁净能源催化剂的制备、界面、构效关系研究。
