北京理工大学特立青年学者,教授,博导,入选国家级青年人才,冲击环境材料技术国家级重点实验室骨干成员。一直从事高性能金属材料设计与变形机理研究,主持了国家自然科学基金面上、技术领域基金、国家科技重大专项、技术专项等项目与课题。
欢迎青年教师、博士后加入,共同开展基础与应用研究,需求博士生、硕士生、本科生。研究方向:金属材料设计与增材制造、变形与强韧化、相变与孪生机理、EBSD/TEM等微观表征、以及DFT/MD/CPFEM/VPSC等跨尺度计算。
